This woma is 63 but looks like shes 45

Summary:She gave up smoking so she could be healthy one again.She said that she would would exercise to forget about smoking.The doctors traced what some healthy women in their 40's or 50's were doing to stay fit and healthy.These ladies were working out for 60 minutes a day or 7 hour's a week.She says that even pumping a iron is good.They say if you are sweating alot that means its working.

Reaction:I think its good that these women are working on their diet and health. Some women just don't care about themselves after they reach a certain point. Those type of women don't understand that they can change their life with just a little exercise and healthy diet.
