Summary- Limwire was 1 of the worlds biggest ways for people to share music ,videos , t.v shows and other things , However it is getting shut down December 31st .The year is ending and so is there business .Nice way to end off the year . It is shutting down because it was found liable for copyright infrindgement . Limewires plan to bring a legal music serivice has been canceled . After a 10 year business and a 4 year fight Limewire is closed . Why did it have to wait this long in the courts for Limewire to be finally shut down ? However , In there words "As a result of our current legal situation, we have no choice but to wind down LimeWire Store operations," LimeWire said in a statement on Friday. I dont think they were trying to have a case or be in a situation like this . I think they were just trying to have a place where kids can download music for free , but its all gone now .
Reaction- I think by them shutting down Limewire made a lot of people angry because thats really where everyone can go and get there music for free with no charge or catch and now its all gone . Where is everyone going to get the music now ?
