-the 2009 birth rate for teenagers declined 6% from 2008.In 2009,there were 39.1 births per 1,000 teenagers ages 15-19 in 2009!i think dis is very bad 4 ppl 2 b having dis much babies.
C-sections are now at all high because of this.:-/
