Summary-Early this morning an ex-con was busted after driving through a red light after the cop's caught him they found the vehicle stuffed with 513 pounds of pot at st.Albans, Queens.Celement Hunter who is 30 years old was driving a white dodge, 4o'clock this morning when he went through a red light then made a right turn without signaling when another man made a uturn and tried to stop Hunter.Instead of obeying the cop's Hunter made them chase him for sevreal blocks until he finally turned into a dead end at 178st near 132nd ave.
