The 3 year-old's boy mom was on medication.'she was attempting to throw her self out the balcony but she was pulled back for her not to be able to throw her self she was a crazy person. a neighbor next door from her was saying she was hearinq lots ofv ' screaming have ran outside and had saw the toddler right flat on the floor'<3>

i dont think the mother ofv thee three year old shoulve' not havee done that he was innocent child and he didnt havee nothing to do with thee crazy stuff & thee medication the mother wass takingg
