Summary: An elderly man was hit by a minivan at an intersection in Ozone Park, Queens. The driver was turning onto 114th street, when he hit a 78-year old man on a motorized scooter. The 78 year old man was in serious condition. Police say that they gave the driver summonses bcuuz he failed to yield and a defective break light.
Reaction: When i heard about this i was very interested in the article. It's crazy how da driver didnt see the 78 year old man crossing. Buhh at least when the driver notice he hit da old man he stopped & called for help. Some people juss keep driving. The old man was in serious condition. As of right now he is still in the hospital buh he's doing much better.
