Summery:In Puerto Principe, Haiti their is a BIG cholera that have know caused 259 deaths. This cholera is affecting a big part of this country. Doctors say that this may be caused by contaminaded water. The number of fears in this country has incress seens this. This has also let 3,342 people affected. Only 81 people took a medical test to diagnose the outbreak. Haiti has not seen a cholera for about half a century now.
Reation: This is alot of people affected and just a few people that took a medical test. This is tragic. An outbreak of cholera has to come from something that the whole entiere coutry is using. I also belive it might be the contaminated water, because in all around that country there's contamitated water. Even sometimes people drink water from the floor.
Wow,they should deffinitly do something about that. I'm sure people are still hurt because of what happened in January.Imagine if people that lost family/friends on that day lost more loved ones now. They are probably still really, really hurt and probably haven't moved on.
ReplyDeleteSometimes we take fresh, clean drinking water for granted so much in our country. Water contamination is such a huge issue in 3rd world countries. Some countries even go to war over clean water because it's so limited and valuable in their areas.
ReplyDeleteWOW I think this is trajic knowing that this can be caused by the only drinking water they have. And that they need water so the are going to drink it regardless. Somthing has to be done about getting the people in Haiti more fresh water.
