SUMMARY
this story is about John H. Makin suggesting what japan can do to recover from the earthquake and tsunami like 'Japan has been a weak economy with sluggish growth and a severe deflation problem.
Japan’s struggles started after their housing bubble burst in 1990 and the “lost decade” began in earnest in 1997. They've been unable to get out of the rut.
Japan also has a bigger deficit and debt problem than almost any advanced economy. Their debt-to-GDP ratio is over 175%, while the U.S. ratio is still under 75%'. and more things to help japan and its economy.
Recation
i think its nice that makin is trying to help japan after the accident.
I quess leaders form other countries and states should really help Japan economically because they wouldnt like for somthinq like this to be happeninq to their country. And its not like if its all the money in the world but atleast be kind enough to help.
